François Bayle

François Bayle is a creator of light, media and projection art. Their 2 recorded works between 1989 and 2014 were presented at Ars Electronica Festival. Honours include Award of Distinction at the Prix Ars Electronica 1989 for “Theater der Schatten”.

Biography

François Bayle (F) geb. 1932. Leiter des von ihm gegründeten INA/GRM in Paris. Studium bei Olivier Messiaen, Stockhausen und Pierre Schaeffer. Produziert Konzerte, Radiosendungen, fördert die Entwicklung neuer Instrumente, u.a. des SYTER.
