Ismaël Joffroy Chandoutis (FR). Born in France in 1988. Graduated from INSAS (Belgium) in editing, from Sint-Lukas Art School (Belgium) in filmmaking and from Fresnoy (France). Ismaël Joffroy Chandoutis explores a cinema beyond the boundaries of genres.
