“Anne: Hamburg” by Anne Laplantine received a Honorary Mention in the Digital Musics & Sound Art category of the Prix Ars Electronica 2004.
Anne: Hamburg was recorded with a guitar, using the only program I have on my computer: Cakewalk, which is a simple multi-track recorder. The experiment for me was to use this program in a wrong way; I recorded single chords and guitar notes separately, one after the other, instead of playing the whole track.
