The computer allows me to combine photographs and drawings with processes that would have been unlikely using traditional media. “Broken Circles No. 7 (H)” originated from combinations of a linear pencil drawing of a basically circular structure and a photograph of a gate-post partly covered with peeling paint.
About Mike North
Mike North was born in 1939 in Bradford, Yorkshire (Great Britain). After the Institute of Technology and the Regional College of Art of Bradford he attended from 1965—66 the Leeds College of Art.
