Florescentia
“Florescentia” is a light installation presented at Vivid Sydney 2019 in Sydney, Australia. It was installed at Darling Quarter, 1 Harbour Street, Sydney Australia.
From the Latin word for blossoming, Florescentia is inspired by the phenomena of photosynthesis found in biology. Life blooms as plants and flowers harness energy from the sun and convert it into chemical energy. The work combines simplicity with elegant movement.
