“Flowers Bloom When the Waves Rise” is a digitized nature by the art collective teamLab, first presented in 2021. Sound: Hideaki Takahashi. teamLab has 652 more works in this atlas.
Flowers bloom when the waves rise. The flowers continue to bloom only for a short time, until the wave becomes a part of the ocean once more. When the waves rise, we can feel a powerful breath of life, as though life is blooming. It feels as though each wave has a life of its own.
