“Lampenkapjesbos” is a light artwork by Robbert ten Caten presented at Amsterdam Light Festival 2012 in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
The Waterlooplein is transformed into a ‘Lampenkapjesbos’! 600 elementary school pupils from all over Amsterdam painted hundreds of lampshades. These were spread across the branches of twelve trees on Waterlooplein.
