“re:move” by Lia received an Award of Distinction in the Net Based Art category of the Prix Ars Electronica 2003. Lia has 2 more works in this atlas.
Lia’s pieces in the re:move series have been refining much of her earlier outputs in more focused pieces in the project Turux. It’s all, of course, about mathematics and geometry; it’s all about motion, time, and simplicity.
About Lia
Lia defines herself as a "graphikprogrammer". Some people define her as a digital artist and she's also frequently called a designer. All of these are true, as they define what she does or in her word, how she does it.
