Songs for G

by Charles Kriel

🏆 Honorary Mention · Prix Ars Electronica 1997

Charles Kriel's “Songs for G” was honoured with a Honorary Mention at the Prix Ars Electronica 1997, category Digital Musics & Sound Art.

"Songs For G", written between Christmas of 1996 and May 1997, is a reflective work dealing with the character of stories I was told by a friend - an artist - who found them too difficult to tell herself within a creative work.
