The Outlines of Complection
“The Outlines of Complection” is a light installation by Urban Identities ism Nico de Rooij and Colette van Impe presented at Light Festival Ghent 2012 in Ghent, Belgium.
In honour of the Festival of Light, the long forgotten St. Michael's Tower will be completed with four powerful beams of light.
